Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Midelt – Merzouga

Leave Fes and travel through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane and visit the cedar forest near Azrou before continuing through Midelt and the Ziz Valley.

Arrive in Merzouga in the afternoon and ride a camel across the Erg Chebbi dunes. Watch the sunset and spend the night in a traditional Sahara desert camp.

Day 2: Merzouga – Todra Gorge – Dades Valley

Wake early to admire the sunrise over the dunes. Return to Merzouga and continue through Rissani and traditional southern villages.

Explore Todra Gorge and its impressive canyon before traveling to the Dades Valley for your overnight stay.

Day 3: Dades Valley – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech

Travel through the Valley of Roses and Ouarzazate before visiting the historic fortified village of Ait Ben Haddou.

Cross the spectacular High Atlas Mountains through the Tizi n’Tichka Pass and arrive in Marrakech in the evening.
